Greg Schlatter - President of miQuotes

Greg began his insurance career in 1980 as an independent property and casualty agent where he became proficient at selling all the products normally associated with an independent agency. During the mid 1980’s he moved his focus into life insurance sales supported by his P&C clients. Ultimately, his career took him to a life insurance company where he secured a position as a managing general agent. His focus was to develop and recruit agents. In the years following, Greg became a Regional Vice President and Marketing Director of a MetLife subsidiary company totally focused on worksite marketing and managed the relationship of three nationwide distribution channels, MetLife Financial Services, MetLife Resources and MetLife Auto and Home. During this time he realized that insurance sold in the workplace should not be held captive to the traditional methods of worksite marketing where employers must bow down to the requirements of payroll deductions, list bills and on site enrollments. Based upon these experiences, Greg founded miQuotes.com and began to take “worksite marketing” in a different direction by offering employer groups and associations the ability to offer quality individual insurance options without the need for payroll deductions, list billing, on-site enrollments or strict participation guidelines. By offering individual insurance on a single and customized web based platform miQuotes.com has won the appeal of companies large and small to include national associations. In April 2007, miQuotes.com was acquired by New Benefits, Ltd. and is now part of its family of companies. Bill “MAC” McEvoy – Vice President of miQuotes

Mac joined miQuotes.com in June of 2002 as a partner responsible for marketing of the miQuotes.com Insurance quoting software system primarily in the mortgage distribution channel. In August of 2002 he began building the insurance call center which included recruiting, hiring, training of agents, management and development of all internal processes. Mac is a licensed Life, Accident Health and Personal Lines insurance agent in all states and is considered the Insurance Subject Matter Expert for the insurance sales and processing center in Dallas. Additionally, he is responsible for programs associated with “after the sale” issues relating to processes, products and procedures to ensure seamless implementation and steady growth within National, Brokerage and Carrier accounts. To deliver the most complete portfolio, Mac identifies, secures and places new products on the miQuotes.com quoting engine. Prior to joining miQuotes.com, Mac worked in the Information Technology staffing industry since 1983 in recruiting, sales, account and operations management. He was a managing partner with Advanced Business Consultants, a Kansas City based IT consulting firm. Mac has a BS Degree in Education from Youngstown State University and after a three year career as a teacher and coach he worked in property and casualty underwriting with Westfield Companies. Joel Ray - Chairman and CEO

Terry Tullo - President

After 11 years with Xerox, 7 years with Apple, and a two year stint as Executive Director of a 35,000 member non-profit association, Terry Tullo joined New Benefits in 1995 and was promoted to President in February of 2000. Terry takes a hands-on approach in the development of the people as well as the products and services she represents. She actively promotes the company's distinguished culture and unsurpassed capabilities through speaking engagements and numerous published articles. With the April '07 acquisition of miQuotes.com (an Internet insurance quoting and enrollment engine), in addition to New Benefits' already existing TPA, insurance agency and consumer association, Terry is committed to positioning the New Benefits platform as the fully integrated single source solution for discount and insurance benefits. She is passionate about delivering flexibility and responsiveness and is best known for creating and implementing the acclaimed quarterly "Dare to Dazzle" program that teaches the practical and philosophical aspects of how to "Wow!" clients and members every time.
